Top 5 Social Media Marketing Agencies in Delhi (2026)
If you are shortlisting a social media marketing agency in Delhi, you will find dozens of “top agency” lists, and most of them are written by an agency that ranks itself first. This one is written by an agency too. Bridgers is on this list, and we would rather tell you that in the first paragraph than let you discover it at the end.
What we can offer is a fair account of the other four. Every fact about them comes from trade press, stock exchange filings or the agencies’ own published material, with links so you can check it yourself. Each profile also ends with the situations where that agency is the wrong choice, and ours is no exception.
The short answer
Bridgers is the pick when your social media has to tell the same story as your press coverage and investor communication.
Schbang fits large campaigns that need creative, production and media from one independent agency.
Kinnect leads on influencer-led and culture-led brand work, with Omnicom’s network behind it.
White Rivers Media suits entertainment, OTT, gaming and FMCG brands that live on cultural timing.
Social Beat is built for D2C and performance briefs where cost per acquisition matters more than reach.
This edition also reflects a bigger story. Three of these five agencies have changed ownership in the past 18 months, and that changes the questions you should ask in a pitch.
How These Five Delhi Agencies Were Chosen
Every agency here had to clear four bars before it made the list.
A working office in Delhi or Delhi NCR. Gurugram and Noida count, because brands, talent and agencies move across the region as one market.
A specialism a buyer can verify. That means a named platform, a documented awards record or a published client list, rather than a claim that appears only on the agency’s own website.
Facts that hold up outside the agency’s marketing. Ownership, size and history had to match trade press or regulatory filings.
A real mix of ownership models. Together, the five span every ownership model a Delhi buyer is likely to weigh, from fully independent shops to agencies inside global holding groups.
The five agencies that cleared all four bars are profiled below. We start with Bridgers so you can weigh our bias up front, and every profile follows the same pattern: the key facts, what the agency does best, where it falls short and who should hire it.
1. Bridgers: Social Media and PR From One Team
Most agencies treat social media as its own department. At Bridgers, the people managing a client’s press coverage and reputation also plan its social content, working from the same brief.
You see the benefit when a founder’s interview runs in a business daily and the same founder posts on LinkedIn that week. Both pieces make the same argument in the same voice, because one team planned them together. Brands that split PR and social between two agencies often spot the mismatch only after a journalist quotes one message while their comments section argues about another.
That setup also sets our priorities. Our social work starts with what a brand can stand behind in public, and entertainment value comes second. That order suits B2B companies, founders and investor-facing brands. A snack brand trying to win Instagram would probably want it the other way round.
Where we fall short. We do not run a large creative bench producing high-volume content across a dozen brand pages, and we do not own an influencer platform. If your brief depends on either, Schbang, Kinnect or Social Beat will serve you better.
Right for you if your social media needs to say what your press coverage and investor updates say, and you want one team accountable for the whole story.

2. Schbang: Full Campaigns With Production In-House
Schbang is the agency to call when one campaign needs a brand film, a run of Reels and the media plan to put them in front of people. Because it owns its production arm, Schbang Motion Pictures, the team that writes the script can also shoot it.
The agency has said publicly that it wants to stay independent and remain a truly Indian agency brand, and it has grown to more than 1,000 people across four cities while doing so. Its work has run for brands including Fevicol, Amazon Prime Video, Ashok Leyland, Castrol and Jio. In May 2026, its team won the Digital category at Cairns Hatchlings, an Asia-Pacific creative competition.
Co-founder Harshil Karia has been candid about where Schbang fits best. He has said that clients spending around ₹10 to 15 crore a year on media gain the most from an integrated partner like Schbang, while larger media budgets tend to go to specialist media agencies. That gives you a quick way to check your own fit before the first meeting.
Where it falls short. Scale brings the usual trade-off. Your account is one of many, and the senior strategist who pitches may not be the person running it six months later. Ask for the names and seniority of your day-to-day team before you sign.
Right for you if you want one independent agency to own a whole campaign, from the hero film down to the captions, and your media budget sits in the range Schbang describes as its sweet spot.

3. Kinnect (Formerly FCB Kinnect): Influencer and Culture-Led Creative
If you searched for FCB Kinnect, you are in the right place. FCB took a majority stake in Kinnect in 2023, and the agency traded as FCB Kinnect until Omnicom bought FCB’s parent, IPG. In December 2025, Omnicom retired the FCB brand globally. In India, Kinnect kept its own name and combined with Omnicom’s 22feet Tribal inside Omnicom Advertising India. Co-founder Chandni Shah runs the combined agency as CEO.
Influencer work is Kinnect’s sharpest edge. The agency built Kinnect Outreach, a data-driven influencer and partnerships platform, well before most agencies treated creators as a channel in their own right. Its recent wins point the same way. In May 2026, Kinnect beat other agencies in a pitch for Burger King India’s creative mandate, a brief built around culture-led work for Gen Z and millennial audiences.
The awards record backs this up. Kinnect counts 11 Cannes Lions and 14 Campaign Agency of the Year titles, and its team of 500-plus digital specialists works across Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru.
Where it falls short. Capacity is the real constraint. Shah has committed the agency to only five new clients in 2026, and Burger King India has already taken one of those slots. If Kinnect is your first choice, ask early whether there is room on the roster.
Right for you if influencer marketing sits at the centre of your plan, and you want an award-winning creative team with the resources of the world’s largest advertising group behind it.

4. White Rivers Media: Creative Built Around Youth Subcultures
White Rivers Media describes its approach as “hacking subcultures”, and its client list explains the phrase. Brands such as Dream11, Swiggy Dineout and Reliance Jewels all depend on reading a specific, fast-moving audience. In the last quarter of 2023 alone, WRM ran campaigns for Frooti, Dettol, boAt and Crunchyroll India.
The agency also has a direct Delhi credential. In May 2025, it won the digital creative mandate for Delhi Times, Bombay Times and the other Times of India metro supplements. As an independent, WRM built one of the heaviest awards records in Indian digital marketing, including a Global Agency of the Year title in 2023, and most of that recognition comes from entertainment, OTT and FMCG work where timing on a trend matters more than production polish.
Its ownership story is newer than its reputation. Veefin Group, a listed supply chain finance technology company, announced a strategic investment in February 2025. The deal that completed in July 2025 gave Veefin a 26.55% stake and majority board control, so WRM still carries its founders’ brand while a new board has the final say.
Where it falls short. A trend-first creative style can feel louder than a formal B2B or enterprise brief needs. Given the recent change in board control, it is also worth asking how decisions on client accounts are made today.
Right for you if your brand competes in a crowded, trend-driven feed, in a category such as entertainment, gaming, OTT or FMCG, where understanding a subculture counts for more than a polished, universal campaign.

5. Social Beat: Performance Marketing at Creator Scale
Social Beat is the most performance-minded agency on this list. It has been a Google Premier Partner since 2015 and sits on Meta’s Client Council. By its own figures, it manages more than ₹2,500 crore in annual media investment for clients.
Its creator platform, Influencer.in, connects brands with a network of more than 1.2 million influencers and handles discovery and brand-safety vetting in-house. That makes creator campaigns report more like a paid media channel, with acquisition cost as the headline number.
In November 2025, Cheil South West Asia acquired Social Beat to grow its business beyond Samsung, the company that founded Cheil. Executives quoted in trade press said Cheil wanted Social Beat’s influencer and D2C performance capability, which its own creative roots did not cover. The founders remain active in the business and spoke at Social Beat’s YouTube growth workshop in Mumbai in July 2026. Its client roster reflects the acquisition-first focus, with names such as Bharat Matrimony, Himalaya, Wonderla, Hotstar and Tata Mutual Fund.
Where it falls short. Neither Cheil nor Social Beat has disclosed the deal’s terms or integration plans, so ask what reporting lines look like today. A performance-first agency may also give you less cultural storytelling than a brand-building brief needs.
Right for you if your goal is measurable growth, such as D2C sales or qualified leads, and you want creator campaigns that report with the discipline of paid media.
How to Choose a Social Media Marketing Agency in Delhi: Six Questions to Ask Before You Sign
Any of these five can produce a competent content calendar. The differences that decide whether a partnership works usually surface only when you ask directly, so take these questions into every pitch meeting.
Who will run the account after the pitch? The senior strategist who presents is often not the person managing your account a few months in. Ask for the names and seniority of your day-to-day team, and ask to meet them.
What is the strategy before anyone touches a content calendar? A promise to post daily describes activity. A good agency asks about your audience and your competitors before it proposes a posting schedule.
Which platforms do you recommend, and why leave out the others? Few brands need to be everywhere. An agency that recommends every platform by default is often sizing the retainer before it has sized the opportunity.
How will you measure success? Leads, sales and share of voice tell you whether the work is paying off. Followers and likes tell you only that people saw it. Agree which numbers your monthly report will lead with before you sign.
What has changed since your last ownership deal? This matters for three of the five agencies on this list. Ask who approves creative now and whether any senior people have left since the deal.
Who owns the accounts and content if we part ways? Ad accounts, creative files and platform access should belong to you, in writing, from day one. That conversation is far easier at the start of a relationship than at the end.
If you have not yet pinned down what you want social media to achieve, start there. Our guide to PR strategy for beginners walks through how to define your audience and goals, and the same discipline makes a social media brief far sharper.

Frequently Asked Questions About Social Media Agencies in Delhi
How much does a social media marketing agency in Delhi charge?
Fees depend far more on scope than on the agency’s name, so a single headline figure would mislead you. The biggest cost drivers are team seniority and the number of platforms. Whether ad spend, influencer fees and video production sit inside or outside the retainer matters just as much. Ask every agency for a like-for-like breakdown of what its quote covers, because two similar monthly fees can buy very different amounts of work.
Which social media agency in Delhi is best for influencer marketing?
Kinnect and Social Beat are the strongest influencer specialists on this list, and they suit different goals. Kinnect leans towards culture-led brand building, backed by its Kinnect Outreach platform and a long awards record. Social Beat leans towards performance, using its Influencer.in network of more than 1.2 million creators to drive measurable sales and leads.
Do agencies in Gurugram or Noida count as Delhi agencies?
For social media work, yes. Delhi NCR operates as one market, and teams in Gurugram, Noida and Delhi serve the same clients and hire from the same talent pool. White Rivers Media’s NCR office, for example, opened at DLF Cyber City in Gurugram.
Does a social media agency need to be based in Delhi?
No, though a local office helps. Social media work travels well remotely, because a content calendar and an ad account do not depend on where the team sits. A Delhi office still makes shoots, workshops and quick face-to-face reviews easier, which is why every agency on this list keeps one.
Should I choose an independent agency or one owned by a larger group?
It depends on what you value more. Independent agencies such as Bridgers and Schbang usually offer closer founder involvement and faster decisions. Group-owned agencies such as Kinnect (Omnicom) and Social Beat (Cheil) bring network resources and deeper benches. White Rivers Media now sits in between, with its founders’ brand intact and Veefin holding majority board control.
What is the difference between a social media agency and a performance marketing agency?
A social media agency focuses on organic content, community management and brand presence. A performance marketing agency runs paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google and YouTube, and is judged on outcomes like leads or sales. Several agencies here, Social Beat in particular, do both, so check which kind of result a case study is actually proving.
