Top PR Agencies in Delhi NCR 2026
Most lists of PR agencies are written by PR agencies, and they almost always conclude that the agency doing the writing is the best one. That is not a useful way to choose a communications partner.
The more useful question is narrower. A company preparing for a regulatory conversation with a ministry needs something different from a founder trying to be taken seriously by investors ahead of a Series A. Both need PR. They do not need the same firm, and the gap between them is not about quality.
So this list is organised by what each agency actually does well, evidenced by the work they have published or that the trade press has reported—five firms in Delhi NCR, and the specific kind of problem each one is built to solve.
1. Bridgers
Of the four Golds we won at the PR & Communication Aces across 2024 and 2025, the one that says most about how we work is the Persistent Long Running Campaign. It is an award for sustaining a story over time rather than landing a single hit, which is the harder discipline and the one that actually builds reputation.
The practical difference in running PR, digital and investor relations together is that a founder briefs once. Nobody has to reconcile a PR narrative written in one building with an investor deck written in another, which is where most communications inconsistency originates.
The regional capability is the sharper distinction. Most national agencies treat vernacular coverage as something bolted on when a client asks. We build media lists in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and other languages from the start, because for a manufacturer in Coimbatore or a consumer brand selling into Tier 2 markets, a placement in a regional daily often does more than one in a national English title. Industry-wide, regional work has grown from roughly a tenth of Indian PR revenue to nearly a fifth in three years, and most agency structures have not caught up with that.
Client work spans EV and automotive, fintech, edtech, manufacturing, real estate, energy and agriculture, weighted towards founder-led and growth-stage businesses.
Where we are not the right fit. If you need coordinated campaigns launching simultaneously across a dozen countries, or owned offices on four continents, one of the network firms below will serve you better. We are built for depth in India rather than breadth across the world, and we would rather say so than take the brief and subcontract it.
Right for you if: You are a founder or growth-stage business focused on India, you want senior people actually on your account, and regional reach matters to your customers.
2. Edelman India
The 2026 Edelman Trust Barometer found India's Trust Index at 74, one of the highest in the world, and then found a 16-point gap within that number between high-income and low-income Indians. It also found that 89% of Indians trust companies headquartered in India, while only 37% of people globally trust those same companies abroad.
That is the kind of finding that changes a communications strategy rather than decorating one, and producing it every year is Edelman's real differentiator. No other agency on this list publishes research that the rest of the industry, including us, cites as a matter of course.
That research foundation shapes the engagement model. Work tends to start from stakeholder measurement rather than a media list, which suits organisations that need to understand a perception problem before spending money communicating about it.
The GCC Advisory launch is worth noting if you run a global capability centre in India. It is a structured programme for defining an India narrative and building visibility with talent and with global leadership, which is a genuinely underserved brief given how many GCCs now operate here and how few have any public identity separate from the parent company.
Right for you if: You are a large corporate or global brand, the problem involves trust or reputation you cannot yet explain, and you want it diagnosed with data before anyone writes a press release.
3. Avian We.
When Avian We. worked with Vistara on in-flight access to menstrual health products, the campaign was built as advocacy rather than announced as a corporate responsibility line item. The same pattern shows in their work with Avon during the lockdowns, where the #IsolatedNotAlone campaign partnered with NGOs to raise the visibility of domestic violence, and in a hygiene and sanitation programme with Reckitt that put access into affected communities rather than messaging around them.
The client mix is what makes them a genuine Delhi specialist rather than an agency that happens to have a Delhi office. Working for NITI Aayog and NHAI alongside Microsoft, Intel, Samsung, Mastercard and Reckitt requires being fluent in two registers at once, which is precisely the demand of this market. Very few firms hold both.
Leadership includes Nikhil Khanna as Executive Chairman for India and Neha Mehrotra as Managing Director, with Nitin Mantri serving as President of APAC across the wider We. network.
Right for you if: Your communications problem touches policy, regulation or public interest, and you need an agency that can talk to a ministry and a newsroom in the same week without changing its argument.
4. Burson Genesis
Genesis has now survived three global rebrands with its name intact. Founded in 1992 by Prema Sagar, it became Genesis Burson-Marsteller when WPP acquired it in 2005, Genesis BCW after the 2018 merger with Cohn & Wolfe, and Burson Genesis in 2024 when WPP combined BCW with Hill & Knowlton. India is one of the very few WPP markets where the original local name was kept through all of it, which is an unusual signal of how much equity the brand carries here.
The firm's centre of gravity has always been corporate reputation and public affairs rather than consumer campaigns. That is the work that gets done quietly and shows up as an absence of problems, which is why it is under-represented in award shows and over-represented in the briefs that actually keep boards awake.
One current detail worth knowing: PRovoke Media's 2025 assessment reported that the India operation has the highest AI adoption rate of any WPP agency in the region, including custom agents handling core media relations functions and an influencer vetting agent built for brand safety. Whatever you make of agency AI claims generally, that is a specific and verifiable investment rather than a positioning statement.
Right for you if: You are an established or listed company with a reputation to protect, the stakes involve regulators or investors, and you want a firm that has handled this category of problem for three decades.
5. MSL India
At the PRWeek India PR Awards in June 2026, MSL India took Agency of the Year with five Golds, seven Silvers and eight Bronzes. The Golds are worth reading individually, because together they describe an unusually wide range: the IKEA Pune store launch for Best Brand Strategy, Panasonic Batteries' Protect What Matters for Best Use of Content, NIVEA India Body Milk for Best Use of Digital, the IndiaAI Impact Summit for Best Use of Media Relations, and Skoda Superstars with Ranveer Singh for Best Video Storytelling.
Retail launch, consumer content, digital, government technology policy and celebrity storytelling, all in one year. Very few agencies in this market can field teams across that spread.
The technology heritage runs deeper than the awards suggest. 20:20 was founded in 1989 as India's first technology communications firm and joined MSLGROUP in 2009. The India business now operates as one entity with those specialist units inside it, so a client gets technology, digital and consultancy capability without moving between agencies or renegotiating scope.
The trade-off applies to any large network rather than to MSL specifically: scale brings reach and resources, and it also means your account sits in a portfolio alongside many others. That suits an organisation with a substantial ongoing programme more than one running its first campaign.
Right for you if: You need national scale, your work spans several disciplines at once, or you are a technology brand that wants an agency with three decades of category memory.
The Five at a Glance
Two Questions That Sort This Out Faster Than a Pitch
Who will actually be on the account, and how many other clients do they have? The people in a pitch room are frequently not the people who run the work afterwards. Asking this directly tends to produce a noticeably more honest conversation, and the answer separates the five firms here more sharply than anything on their websites does.
What would you not take us on for? An agency that has an answer is describing a capability. An agency that says it can do everything is describing a sales position. Every firm on this list is genuinely strong at something and genuinely not the obvious choice for something else, and the good ones will tell you which is which.
If you have not yet defined what you want the work to achieve, our guide to building a PR strategy covers that first, which makes every subsequent conversation shorter. [internal link]
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do PR agencies in Delhi charge?
Retainers vary widely with scope, seniority and team size. Independents generally sit below the global networks, and project work costs less than an ongoing retainer. Comparing headline monthly figures is close to useless. Ask instead how many people are assigned, at what seniority, and for what specific deliverables. Two identical quotes can represent very different amounts of senior attention.
Should I choose a global network agency or an independent one?
It depends on the shape of the work rather than the size of your company. Networks bring international reach, larger teams and established processes, which matter if you operate across markets or need specialist units. Independents typically offer more senior time per rupee and more flexibility, which matters more if your programme is India-focused and you want the people you met in the pitch to be the people doing the work.
Why are so many PR agencies in Gurugram rather than Delhi?
Delhi NCR functions as a single market, and Gurugram offers office space at a scale that central Delhi cannot. What matters for policy and corporate work is proximity to ministries, industry associations and national media desks, and that access is effectively identical across NCR. For practical purposes, an agency in Gurugram is a Delhi agency.
Are there other strong PR agencies in Delhi NCR?
Yes, quite a few. Adfactors PR, Value 360 Communications, Concept PR and several specialist firms all operate here with real credentials, and this is not an exhaustive ranking. We have covered five agencies that represent genuinely different models, from independent to global network and from policy specialist to technology specialist, so that a reader can see what the actual choices look like rather than five variations of the same thing.
Where Bridgers Fits
Any of the four firms above would serve the right client well, and for some briefs, they would serve you better than we would.
Bridgers is the right call if you want an India-focused partner running PR, digital and investor relations as one programme rather than three, if regional or vernacular reach matters to your business and if you want the people who pitched you to be the people who do the work.
If that is what you are looking for, we would be glad to talk. If it is not, one of the other four probably suits you better, which is a perfectly good outcome for an article like this.
